WHAT IS "OVENGLITCH"?

COOKIE RUN: OVENGLITCH is a fangame of Cookie Run: Ovenbreak, in which the Darkness from the highly-popular [adult swim] trailer/pilot "Come and Learn with Pibby!" attacks the world of Cookie Run: Ovenbreak. It was originally an FNF mod, but it has expanded to be a visual novel. One of the gimmicks of this fangame is that it switches from first-person to third-person whenever it feels like it.

In third-person mode, you can view the cookies' struggles against the Darkness, and how they end up being victims to it. Will there be survivors? Only time can tell. In third-person mode, there are little to no decisions, but in first-person, you can immerse yourself into the adventure as ____ Cookie (canon name: Nova Cookie), a cookie from another timeline who got to the normal Ovenbreak timeline due to their world getting attacked by the Darkness, and their job is to help out any cookie they find until their time runs out.

It's a horror survival visual novel, in which some of its aesthetics and storywriting are influenced by classic RPG Maker horror games.

Originally, this was going to be made in RPG Maker, however i ended up using Ren'Py. A much more difficult engine, but the end result might be amazing.
